Privacy Policy for AUREX by ELIX

AUREX by ELIX ("AUREX") is business software developed by ELIX Interactive. It is designed to help organizations manage customer relationships, leads, projects, conversations, quotations, appointments, follow-ups, and related business activities.

1. Organization-controlled business data

AUREX is not a standalone hosted CRM service. Organizations using AUREX operate or control their own AUREX Backend, databases, infrastructure, service accounts, credentials, and integrations.

Depending on how an organization configures AUREX, the software may process business information such as customer or lead names, telephone numbers, email addresses, conversation content, project information, quotations, appointments, follow-ups, and other information entered or authorized by that organization.

2. How information is used

Organization-controlled information may be used to provide the business functions configured by the organization, including CRM workflows, sales operations, communications, quotations, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, and related operational processes.

3. ELIX licensing service

AUREX may communicate with an ELIX-operated licensing service to verify licensing status, subscription status, plan, enabled modules, and installation authorization.

The ELIX licensing service is separate from an organization's operational CRM or business database and is not intended to store customer conversations or the organization's operational CRM records.

4. Third-party services

Organizations may configure AUREX to connect with third-party services such as communication platforms, AI providers, CRM systems, automation services, or other integrations using organization-controlled accounts and credentials.

Information sent to those services is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable third-party providers.

5. Data sharing and sale

ELIX Interactive does not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to services configured by the organization when required to provide the functionality selected by that organization.

6. Data retention and deletion

Operational business data is retained according to the infrastructure, configuration, and retention policies of the organization using AUREX. Requests concerning access, correction, export, or deletion of organization-controlled operational data should normally be directed to that organization.

7. Security

AUREX is designed to support reasonable technical safeguards. Each organization remains responsible for securing its own computers, servers, databases, networks, service accounts, credentials, backups, and connected third-party services.

8. Children

AUREX is intended for business and professional use and is not designed for use by children.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when AUREX functionality, legal requirements, or data-processing practices change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
